David W. Richardson

David is a partner in CWR. He is primarily engaged in a commercial transaction practice with an emphasis in real estate and the purchase and sale of closely-held businesses.

David has experience in all facets of real estate and lending transactions, including leasing, acquisition and/or disposition of multifamily, restaurants, hotels, raw land, shopping centers, master-plan developments, stand-alone retail and marinas.

David also consults with private banking institutions on real estate matters for their high net worth clientele. His clients borrow funds national, regional and local lenders in real estate secured loans and non-real estate secured lines of credit, construction loans, and term loans.

David was raised in Fort Worth, Texas. He is an avid cyclist.
